We provide digital agency services and a client workspace. Specific deliverables are defined in each signed proposal or statement of work.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Payments
Fees, invoices and payment schedules are defined per engagement and processed through the secure client workspace.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables paid for in full transfer to you. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and methodologies remain ours.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Catalyst is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
