Monthly retainers
Retainers are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled with 14 days' notice. Unused portions are refundable on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
Project work
Project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are tied to deliverable acceptance inside your client workspace.
Disputes
If you are unhappy with a deliverable, raise a change request within 7 days. We will iterate or partially refund the affected milestone, agreed in writing.
